Cheers

Your bar, without the hassle.

The bar is one of the busiest parts of any celebration, and one of the easiest things to underestimate. Figuring out how much to buy, keeping everything cold, stocking mixers and garnishes, hiring bartenders, and making sure the bar stays running all night. There are a lot of details behind a great guest experience.

That's where we come in. Our mobile bar service takes the work off your plate and puts it in experienced hands. We'll help create a drink menu that fits your event, provide licensed bartenders, and handle the behind-the-scenes details that keep your bar stocked, organized, and flowing.

01

Less to plan

No complicated shopping lists or trying to estimate how much alcohol, ice, mixers, cups, or garnishes you'll need. We help simplify the details so you can focus on the celebration.

02

Professional service

Your guests get friendly, experienced bartenders who know how to keep things moving while creating a welcoming experience at the bar.

03

A bar designed for your event

Whether you want signature cocktails, beer and wine, a full bar, or something completely your own, your menu can be tailored to your celebration.

04

No last-minute errands

No sending someone for more ice. No realizing you're out of mixers halfway through the reception. No assigning a friend or family member to manage the bar.

05

Responsible and seamless

Licensed bartenders can focus on responsible service while you and your guests enjoy the evening.

06

One less thing to worry about

Your wedding day should be spent celebrating, not managing logistics. We take care of the bar so you can be present for the moments that matter.

good to know

Questions couples ask

How far in advance should we book?

Full and partial planning couples usually book nine to eighteen months out. Month-of coordination can be booked closer to the date, but popular summer weekends fill first, so reach out as soon as you have a date.

Do you travel?

Yes. We're based in Eastern Oregon and plan weddings across the region, with vendors in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Montana. If your venue is farther out, ask. We love a road trip.

Will hiring a planner cost us more?

Usually the opposite. Kari's vendor relationships and budget tracking tend to save couples more than the planning fee. Past vendors say the same thing.

What's the difference between month-of and partial planning?

Month-of is the day itself and the four weeks before it: timeline, vendor confirmations, rehearsal, and eight hours on site. Partial planning adds a teammate from the day you sign, helping with vendors, design, and budget along the way.

Can we build a custom package?

Always. Every wedding is different, so every package is too. Tell us where you want help and we'll put something together.

A western fashion show at White Barn Estate

La Grande, Oregon

An event we dreamed up and hosted ourselves, and our first one at that. A western fashion show in Studio 1864 at White Barn Estate, built around hot pink, paper lanterns, and a runway down the middle of the room.
